Our concept  

"鳥を余すことなく"

An authentic Yakitori restaurant where you can fully enjoy head to tail and a variety of dishes in a course menu. 
Feel the seasons at the same time enjoy with carefully selected sake and wines.

Speciality

Salt 

-塩-

Tosano Shiomaru.
Seawater pumped from the sea at high tide
Crystallizes only with the power of nature such as the sun and wind.We do not use fire to heat it at all.It makes more than two months.
It is exactly the salt made by nature in Kochi.

Chicken 

-鶏-

We use French poulet chicken. This chicken is first in Asia to receive certified humane from HFAC and also organic. 
Farms are 100% cage free with ample running space for the chickens to develop. Typically slaughtered at minimum 65 days, our chickens are also 100% vegetarian fed to confirm the smooth chicken flavour.
